Rural drainage and Water Management

Boggy tracks, washed-out gravel, erosion and standing water can all point to a drainage problem. Repairing the visible damage without dealing with the water can leave the same problem to return.

What we do

  • Table drains and spoon drains beside tracks and driveways

  • Cut-off drains to intercept surface water

  • Culverts and pipe crossings where required

  • Regrading and reshaping to improve surface runoff

  • Drainage around shed pads, hardstands and access areas

  • Erosion repair where water has already caused damage

Deal with the water path first

More gravel or a quick grade may tidy a surface, but it will not correct water moving through the wrong place. The fall, drainage path and outlet need to be considered before the repair is built.

Every site is different

The right approach depends on the slope, soil, existing drains, catchment and where the water can safely go. The work needs to be assessed on the property rather than copied from another job.

Areas we cover

Rural and farm drainage work across Warragul, Drouin, Yarragon, Trafalgar and West Gippsland. Also South Gippsland farms and properties across the Mornington Peninsula.

We work with you to create drainage solutions to wet and muddy problems or to create irrigation and water transport systems on your property.
